We pride ourselves on our warm, friendly welcome and the excellent standard of care and treatment from our highly experienced dental team.
We would like to thank you for your ongoing patience during these challenging times and update you on recent developments.
After reopening the practice on 8th June, we have been prioritising patients who require urgent care and those who had treatment postponed during the lockdown. We have also been able to see children for routine check-ups.
Unfortunately, we are still unable to offer routine check-ups for adults due to the volume of emergencies we are seeing and the current restrictions on aerosol generating procedures.
In the meantime, before we are able to re-establish routine check-ups, you may wish to see our hygienist, Alex. As part of our dental team, she can offer a longer appointment to clean your teeth and gums and discuss ways of maintaining good oral health. Call the practice if you would like to make an appointment with her.
We are proud of our continued high standards of cleanliness at the practice, to keep staff and patients safe. During this crisis we have added further measures to our cross infection protocols.
Here are some changes to the patient journey:
-To make your visit as contactless as possible, we can use your email address to send your forms through the patient portal for completion at home.
-Please arrive at the time of your appointment and not before. Stay in the car in the practice car park and call us when you arrive. We have spaced appointments so there should be no waiting time.
-A member of staff will then call you in when we are ready for you (if you do not have a car, ring the bell and wait outside the practice for someone to call you in)
-Please attend your appointment alone where possible, under 16s attend with one parent only.
-Hand gel will be provided for your use on entering and leaving the practice
-We are using contactless card payments only
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
